It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day and that means one thing, everyone becomes a little Irish for the day! There is no shortage of events, fun, and sun when you go to celebrate St. Patricks Day in Arizona. Here are the best spots to catch a pot of gold.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire
Date: March 14, 2020
Time: Parade starts at 10am, Faire from 10am-5pm
Location: The parade route starts at 3rd St. and Sheridan. It ends at the Faire at Margaret T. Hance Park
Admission: Faire Admission is $12.00 for Adults. $10.00 for Senior (55 & over) and Military. Children 12 and under are free.

Why celebrate here?
Nothing gets more festive than a parade followed by a Faire of everything Irish. The parade will feature floats, Irish dancers, bagpipers, and many more entertainers. The parade will lead you right to the Faire with 3 stages of Irish music, step dancing, bagpipers, Irish inspired food, drinks, crafts a VIP area, a children’s area and so much more. Keep an eye out for the VIP pub hosting Arizona craft beers.

Kiss Me, I’m Irish Run
Date: March 14, 2020
Location: Westgate Entertainment District, Glendale
Time: Race starts at 7am

Why celebrate here?
The tenth annual, Kiss Me, I’m Irish Run is almost here. For the lucky leprechauns that enjoy an Irish run, this is the event for you. The best part is that this race has donated over $50k to cancer charities. This year, participants can snag a jacket (while supplies last). At the end of the race, enjoy live Irish music, costumes and keep the party going at McFadden’s.

Irish Fountain Fest
Date: March 14, 2020
Time: 11am-6pm
Location: Fountain Park – 12925 N. Saguaro Blvd., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268

Why celebrate here?
There’s no other place in all of Arizona where you can see a 560ft fountain shoot out green water. Additionally, there will be bagpipers, bands, plenty of kilts, and tons of food trucks. There will be a kid’s zone for the little ones and a beer garden for the adults.

Experience Ireland and the MIM
Date: March 14-15, 2020
Time: 9am-5pm

The music and culture of Ireland comes alive with live performances, an Irish-inspired lunch menu, and more family-friendly activities. Specifically, there will be a spotlight event on the fiddle, a photo booth full of props, Shamrock craft, face painting, and so much more.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Irish Cultural Center
Date: March 17, 2020
Time: 5pm-8pm
Location: 1106 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004

Why celebrate here?
A very specific Saint Patrick’s Day event will take place at the Irish Cultural Center and Mcclelland Library. This event will focus on a Ceili or a family-oriented Irish social dance.

“There are usually six different dances at each Ceili including such favorites as “The Walls of Limerick”, “The Siege of Ennis”, “The Waves of Tory” and the “Haymakers Jig”. There is no extra charge for the Orientation/Beginners session. We will walk you through the dances before we dance them, then call the dances as you dance. No prior experience is necessary. We focus on having a fun time!”

Tickets are available at the door. Admission: $6, One free child 12 & under with each paid adult. Beverages are available from the bar.
